Nemetschek India, CADD Centre Launch AI-Enabled BIM Certification Programs

Nemetschek India has collaboration with CADD Centre, one of the world’s largest competence building networks, to launch a new portfolio of AI-enabled Building Information Modelling (BIM) certification programs aimed at preparing the next generation of digitally skilled professionals for the rapidly evolving construction and infrastructure sector.

The collaboration brings globally acclaimed Nemetschek technologies, including Archicad, Solibri and Bluebeam, into structured industry-oriented learning programs, enabling Large, Medium and Small Enterprises, Working Professionals, Architects, Engineers and Students to gain hands-on experience with advanced BIM workflows and AI-powered digital construction practices.

The newly introduced learning portfolio includes Executive Diploma in BIM with AI, Master Certificate in BIM with AI, Proficient in Archicad with AI, Essential in Solibri, and Essential in Bluebeam – all freshly curated courses by CADD Centre in association with Nemetschek. Each course comes with signature CADD Centre printed or digital learning guides and workbooks, enabling learners to refer back to their course anytime!

The programs have been launched across CADD Centre’s training ecosystem, with the first phase covering select centres in Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune, and thereafter extended across its wider network. The courses will also be available on CloudKampus – CADD Centre’s online learning platform for working professionals.

As part of the collaboration, Nemetschek India and CADD Centre will jointly organize a series of technical workshops, masterclasses and industry engagement sessions over the coming months to showcase practical BIM applications across landmark infrastructure and architectural projects. Participants will gain exposure to real-world use cases, including data centres, commercial campuses, skyscrapers and iconic public infrastructure, while learning how digital construction technologies are reshaping project planning, collaboration and execution.

The initiative will also feature expert-led sessions by Nemetschek specialists and industry practitioners covering Archicad, Solibri and Bluebeam, along with discussions on AI-driven design workflows, model coordination, quality assurance, global BIM standards and emerging international career opportunities for BIM professionals.
