BCD Global Appoints NBCC (India) as PMC for their First Landmark Residential Development in Dubai

BCD Global has entered into a strategic partnership with NBCC (India), a Government of India undertaking and one of Asia’s most respected construction and project management organizations. The partnership will see NBCC assume full Project Management Consultancy (PMC) responsibilities for BCD Global’s inaugural residential project located in the sought-after Warsan district of Dubai.

Under the PMC agreement, NBCC will provide structured monitoring, quality oversight, and milestone-based progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
