GrowthX Launches 72,000 sq ft Managed Office Centre in Noida

GrowthX, has launched GO Office Workspaces, marking its entry into the rapidly growing managed office space segment. Designed to cater to enterprises, startups, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and multinational corporations, the new venture aims to deliver flexible, fully managed workspaces backed by hospitality-led services and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

The company’s first managed office centre will be located at Delphi Tower on the Noida Expressway in partnership with ORD Group, one of Noida’s leading institutional developers.

Spread across 72,000 sq ft, the flagship facility represents an investment of  over  ₹8.6 crore and will offer approximately 1,200 seats, making it one of the largest premium managed office offerings in the micro-market.

The launch comes at a time when India’s flexible workspace market is witnessing unprecedented momentum. According to Colliers, Grade A flex workspace stock across the country’s top seven cities is expected to grow from 72.3 million sq. ft. in 2025 to over 100 million sq. ft. by 2027, driven by rising enterprise demand, GCC expansion and increasing preference for managed office solutions.

The centre will feature a range of premium managed offices, enterprise suites, and flexible workspaces suitable for teams of varying sizes. It will also include a dedicated CXO Lounge, Zen Garden, MERV-14 air filtration system, high-speed internet connectivity, food and beverage amenities, professional facility management services, and smart technology solutions designed to ensure seamless workplace operations.
