Concorde has acquired a three-acre land parcel in Hennur, North Bengaluru for a premium high-rise residential development. The project will have a total saleable built-up area of approximately 4.25 lakh sq ft, and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹500 crore. Set to launch in FY 2026–27, the project will feature thoughtfully designed 2 & 3 BHK premium residences, tailored for discerning urban homebuyers.

“This investment underlines our commitment to expand our footprint in the high-demand North Bengaluru corridor, a region that continues to demonstrate robust residential growth. It also aligns with our long-term strategy of identifying emerging micro-markets that offer both connectivity and community potential. Hennur, in particular, has emerged as a sought-after location given its seamless access to key tech parks such as Manyata and Kirloskar, and proximity to Kempegowda International Airport. High-rise living in premium gated communities is the emerging preference in Bengaluru’s real estate landscape and through this project, we aim to fuel this trend by bringing thoughtful design, modern amenities, and high-quality community-centric high-rise living to North Bengaluru” said Anil R G, Managing Director, Concorde.

Situated along the Outer Ring Road (ORR), Hennur, the project offers seamless accessibility to Yeshwanthpur, KR Puram, and other major transit nodes across Bengaluru. The area’s evolving social infrastructure comprising reputed schools, hospitals, and lifestyle amenities has made it a much sought after destination for aspirational homeowners. The project will feature a fully equipped clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, landscaped gardens, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, indoor games area, dedicated zones for children and seniors, integrated green open spaces, jogging tracks, and convenience retail to cater to the dynamic needs of contemporary families.
