Jyoti Structures Expands International Power Transmission Portfolio with Sri Lanka Project

Jyoti Structures (JSL) along with Hayleys Fentons, Sri Lanka’s leading MEP and Solar EPC contractor, has signed a joint venture contract for the construction of the Mannar–Mullikulam 220kV Double Circuit Transmission Line in Sri Lanka.

The project marks a significant addition to JSL’s international transmission portfolio and reinforces the company’s continued focus on enabling reliable, future-ready power infrastructure across the region. The contract has been awarded by the newly established National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited (NTNSP) under the Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project. The mandate involves the development of critical transmission infrastructure required to evacuate power generated by the Mullikulam Wind Power Projects to Sri Lanka’s national grid.
