Jackbastian Nazareth chief development officer at Puravankara Projectshas quit the company.
He has around 3 decades of experience in real estate and has worked in various capacity including group CEO and CFO at Puravankara.
Prior to joining Puravankara, Jack, as he is known among friends, was the Executive Director of Sobha Developers Ltd overseeing their International operations, based out of Dubai. He had also worked with Tishman Speyer as MD and head sales and marketing.
Last year, the real estate firm has restructured the entire business as a succession planning. It also elevated Ashish Puravankara as the managing director of the company. while the group's CEO Jackbastian K Nazareth was re-designated as chief development officer.
During the restructuring the Bengaluru-based company has also realigned the compensation of top 48 employees in the organisation including managing director, joint managing director and chief executive officer among others.
Puravankara, currently has 24.01 mn sft of projects under development. The company has 83 million sft of land bank across seven cities in India .
