Grew Energy unveils Cutting-Edge Solar PV Modules at Intersolar ’24 Trade Event

Grew Energy, India’s emerging solar PV Modules and components manufacturer, is all set to launch and showcase its latest product range at the Intersolar trade event, taking place at Gandhinagar, Gujarat from February  21-23. The company will officially launch its technologically advanced ‘P-type’ and ‘N-type’ solar PV modules during the event, marking a significant milestone in the advancement of sustainable energy solutions.

Grew Energy's P-type and N-type solar PV modules represent the pinnacle of technological excellence, offering enhanced efficiency, durability, and performance. Engineered to deliver optimal energy output in diverse environmental conditions, these modules are designed to meet the evolving needs of residential, commercial, and industrial consumers seeking reliable and sustainable energy solutions.

Speaking ahead of the official launch, the CEO &Director of Grew Energy, Vinay Thadani, said, "We are thrilled to unveil our P-type and N-type solar PV modules at this prestigious Intersolar 2024. Offering an increased module conversion efficiency of over 21%, these new product range of Grew’s modules, will revolutionise the Indian solar manufacturing and EPC markets.  We believe that our latest offering will not only accelerate the adoption of solar energy but also empower individuals and businesses to embrace a greener, more sustainable future."

Grew Energy has an exhaustive expansion & development plan in place for the coming two years. Its first manufacturing unit started operations in October 2023 at Jaipur, Rajasthan with annual capacity of manufacturing 1.2GW PV modules. It is extending this capacity with a TopCon module production line with 1.6GW annual capacity at the same location. By March 2025, Grew Energy will establish totally 6GW of manufacturing capacity with one unit 2.8GW in Dudu and another 3.2GW unit in Dholera, Gujarat.

Commenting on about future plans of Grew Energy, Thadani added, “With an aim of being one of the top three players of India, both in terms of capacity and revenue, we have a strategic capex plan in place on which we are aggressively working on. To support our plans for manufacturing solar PV modules and components, we will raise INR 6000 crore out of which 60-65% will be through debt, promoter investment and USD 100 mn through private funding.”
