L&T Secures Multiple Orders for Residential and Commercial Developments

The Residential, Commercial Buildings & Factories (RCF) business vertical of L&T has secured multiple orders from a prestigious client for the construction of two residential developments in Mumbai and Bengaluru, and a commercial development in Hyderabad.

In Mumbai, the business has secured an order for the construction of nine high-rise residential towers, comprising one basement and 50 floors each. In Bengaluru, it has won an order for the construction of nine residential towers with three basements and 25 floors each.

The commercial development in Hyderabad entails the construction of a premium commercial tower comprising five basements and 22 floors. The business has also secured add-on orders for some of its ongoing projects.

The RCF business vertical of L&T possesses strong domain knowledge, proven expertise and extensive experience in delivering EPC solutions across segments such as, residential buildings, commercial spaces, semiconductor facilities and factories, including automobiles plants, proving grounds,and other complex industrial structures.
