Phani Mandalaparthy

Phani Mandalaparthy is an Associate Director in Crisil’s Transport, Logistics and Mobility (TLM) practice in the Consulting vertical. In over 16 years, he has specialized in the transport infra sector having successfully advised PPP and EPC players, TOT operators, InvITs, and lenders as well as Govt entities in specialized project management services – such as techno-economic viability, procurement and process optimization, technical due diligence, construction audits, O&M reviews and improvements.
Phani began his career with IL&FS Transportation in their construction teams before joining the Director’s office as a co-ordinator for 7 projects. He then forayed into management consulting for capital projects in KPMG with whom he was associated for over 7 years, and he has been with CRISIL for over a year and a half.

Based in Mumbai, Phani is a civil engineer and an MBA in infrastructure management with added qualifications in contracts management and certifications on construction technologies and Highway feasibility studies.
