JCB India Limited and its dealer, Krishna Automobiles inaugurated its world class dealer facility in Mohali on 26th May 2017. Spread over 24,560 sq.ft, this is the largest Construction Equipment facility by Krishna Automobiles and will also be their new Head Office.
This state-of-the-art facility has been set up with an aim to provide an unmatched experience to JCB customers for all their equipment related requirements including Sales, Service and JCB Genuine Parts.

Apart from the Premier Line range of machines which include Tracked Excavators, Wheeled Loaders and Compactors, this 4-bay integrated workshop, built in16,000 sq.ft. area, will provide services for Backhoe Loaders, the Material Handling range – Telehandlers, Skid Steer Loaders and Super Loaders. It also has a state-of-the-art fully operational command centre for “Livelink”, a noteworthy advanced telematics technology introduced by JCB which enables customers in efficient fleet management.
Customers with Livelink enabled machines get SMS alerts on their mobile phones or smart devices regarding service, fuel alerts, operations and security of their machines by using the Geo Fencing and Time fencing features. All this information is available to the customer in real time basis. It gives inputs to the user on SOS, i.e Service, Operations and Security of their equipment. JCB Livelink strives to deliver constructive, real-time information to increase profits and improve productivity.
The new facility will cover 11 key districts of - Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Rajpura, Samana, Patiala, Sangrur, Ropar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Pinjour, and Kalka. Krishna Automobiles presently covers 12 districts in Punjab, 10 districts in Himachal Pradesh, and 7 districts in Haryana.
The infrastructure of the dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes.
