B L Kashyap and Sons has bagged projects from cities Bangalore and Chennai covering categories like residential, commercial and government ventures for approximately Rs. 652 crores. In a regulatory filing to BSE, the company has informed the projects it has bagged are from various unrelated domestic clients from varied sectors, the projects will be carried out in cities such as Bangalore and Chennai. Most projects are expected to be completed in a period of 24 months from the date of award.
As per the regulatory filing, the projects include the ‘construction of Shell & Core residential tower at Seegahalli, Bangalore, with super structure approximately 7 lakhs sq ft and sub structure 2.50 lakhs sq ft worth Rs. 82.50 crores. The company will also establish infrastructure for Production Augmentation facilities at LCA Tejas division built up area approximatel. 3 Lakhs Sq.ft. worth Rs. 70.57 crores.
The regulatory filing, further mentions the company will design and construct underground commuter amenities centre at Shenoy Nagar Metro Station, Chennai, having a built up area of approximately 4 lakhs sq ft worth Rs. 192.34 crores and design & build prefabricated steel structure at Bangalore having a built up area of approximately 10.81 lakhs worth Rs. 143.24 crore.
B L Kashyap and Sons has also bagged contract worth Rs. 163.60 crore for concrete and block work for high rise apartments at Bangalore having built up area of approximately 15 lakhs sq ft.
