He is the director of Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai. He is an architect, planner and educator based in Mumbai. He was the Chairman of adhoc Board of Studies in Architecture, University of Mumbai. He is founder of International Association for Humane Habitat (IAHH) and has organized 13 International Conferences on Humane Habitat (ICHH) and 9 IAHH International Student Design Competitions. He is President of Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architeecture (MASA), He was Vice President of World Society for Ekistics (WSE), Co-Convener, Housing and Urbanization programme of Commonwealth Association of Architects (CAA) and Secretary Work Group on Architectural Heritage ( Asia-Australia) of Union Internationale des Architects (UIA). He has travelled to 25 countries and delivered lectures at foreign universities. He was Hon. Editor of Journal of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Jt. Secretary, IIA and an elected member of the Council of Architecture. He has a joint architectural and planning practice with his wife Pradnya Chauhan and brother Anvar Chauhan. They have designed townships, housing, educational institutions, offices, multiplexes, resorts and hotels in India and Iraq.

(NCCL) born in 1960, has completed his B.Com( first division )and he has also completed Global Advanced Management Programme organized by the prestigious Indian School of Business [Hyderabad] in association with Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, U.S.A. He has also completed the Executive Development Programme in 'Advances in Financial Reporting & Management Accounting' from IIM, Bangalore. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Cost and Executive Accountants, London. Mr. Mahesh Mudda started his career with New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd. in the year 1985 as an Assistant Manager-Accounts & Audit and moved up the corporate ladder as Manager-Finance, General Manager-Finance, Member of the Board of Directors, Director-Finance of all group Companies, Executive Director-Finance & Operations and from 1st January, 2005 onwards took over charge as an Executive Director & CEO. He has attended many international programmes, conventions and has travelled globally. He represented BAI at the 38th Annual Meeting of Asian Development Bank held in Istanbul, Turkey. Currently he is Hon. Gen. Secretary of Builders Association of India. He is on the Special Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industries [Banking & Finance and Capital Market] and Chairman 'W.T.O. & ADB' Committee of Builders Association of India. He is also Member of Governing Council of India-Tech Foundation. He likes reading Management books and is fond of Classical Music.

He has a rich experience of over 36 years with the Indian Railways and has held different important posts with the railways e.g. Divisional Railway Manager, Chief Electrical Engineer Chittaranjan Locomotive workshop and Managing Director, Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation. He has been closely associated with the maintenance and operation of Suburban trains in Mumbai. While working as Managing Director MRVC, Dr. Sehgal has successfully implemented World Bank Funded 2 Billion US $ Mumbai Urban Transport Project by procuring 1500 brand new EMU coaches with IGBT 3 Phase traction technology, 30% additional capacity has been created during the last 3 years for 7.1 Million passengers on both Central and Western Railways and as a consequence the overcrowding levels in EMU trains have come down by 20 %. He completed his PhD in the field of Management, A Masters of Business Administration - Human Resource and a Gold medalist in B.Sc Engineering (Electrical), Punjab University, Chandigarh.

He has been awarded for the Excellence in Architecture on several occasions such as JIIA, IIID , JK Awards, etc. He is the Past President of Institute of Indian Interior Designers.
He strongly believes that the benefit of design should reach to the masses through several infrastructure projects mushrooming all across the country. He is the CEO & Dy. MD (Steel Business) of JSPL. He has done his BE (Mechanical) and MBA (Marketing) from the UK in the year 1983 & 1987 respectively and has a rich experience of 27 years globally in the Steel industry with various organizations. He is also the Chairman of India Lead Zinc Development Association, New Delhi.He started his career with Arrasate Steel SPA, Spain as Project Engineer. Subsequently he worked with Steel majors like Socialist Steel Ltd Libya, Lloyd Steel Group Company Sipta / Comet Steel, ISPAT Industries Ltd and Bhushan Power & Steel Limited. Some of his major stints include his 10 years long stint with Bhushan Steel (1994 - 2004) where he worked as Whole Time Director cum Executive Director before moving on to work with Ispat Industries as Executive Director (Corporate). Prior to joining JSPL, he was working with Bhushan Power & Steel Limited as Joint Managing Director. He played a key role in managing large Greenfield projects and expansions and driving the growth of the organizations through mergers and acquisitions, creating large business opportunities leading to exponential growth in marketing and operations in global scenario.
