Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Acceptance from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

The project is valued at ₹260.09 crore (including GST) and is scheduled for completion within 36 months from the start of work. This project will deliver a state-of-the-art healthcare facility equipped with advanced medical infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

This contract strengthens Vascon’s order book, which currently stands at ₹2,800 crore-representing a healthy 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues. With the ability to execute approximately 8 million square feet annually and currently operating at 90% utilization, supported by 800+ strong project and engineering team, Vascon is well-positioned to deliver the upcoming infrastructure and EPC Projects.

Commenting on the announcement, Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy, Managing Director, Vascon Engineers, said, “We are excited and honoured to partner with Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation in building this Super Specialty Hospital, which will serve as a vital healthcare asset for the region. This project reflects our commitment to executing complex, high-impact institutional infrastructure that enhances public welfare. The EPC mode of execution allows us to leverage our integrated capabilities, from design and engineering to construction and commissioning, ensuring optimal quality and timely delivery. As we continue to expand our presence across India’s EPC landscape, such marquee projects reinforce stakeholder confidence in Vascon’s execution capabilities and our vision to be a preferred partner for transformative infrastructure development. We are targeting 20% annual growth in EPC revenue and aim to secure about INR 1,500 crores of new EPC orders during FY ’26, which will further strengthen our order book and enhance business visibility.”
