In a regulatory filing to BSE, VA Tech Wabag informed that it has incorporated a new subsidiary in India. The new subsidiary Kopri Bio Engineering will be engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, owning, operating and maintaining Sewage treatment plant, membrane based tertiary treatment plant, setting up of biogas plant and sale of treated sewage to external agencies.
As per the a regulatory filing, the new company is incorporated with an initial capital of Rs. 1,00,000 (One Lakh) divided into 10,000 (Ten Thousand) equity shares of Rs10/- each. Fifty one percent of the capital is held by VA Tech Wabag (5100 equity shares) and remaining 49% (4900 equity share) is held by a Gradiant India.
