Siba Narayan Nayak

Siba Narayan Nayak has around 35 years of experience in both public and private sectors, with specialization in finance, accounts, resource mobilization, and indirect taxation. He has extensive expertise in the infrastructure sector and is a recognized expert in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

He is currently the President (Corporate Affairs and Development) at GR Infraprojects Ltd., where he oversees the company’s diversification into new business activities. He also serves on the board of several companies within the GR group and advises the National Highways Builders Federation on issues pertaining to Highways Sector.
Before joining GRIL, Siba Nayak was the Chief General Manager at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), where he led many transformative measures including amendments to the Model Concession Agreement for PPP Projects. He is a member of both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
