RDash Partners With RICS India to Bring AI-Based Construction Management into Classrooms

RDash, a construction technology company providing AI-powered project management tools, has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RICS School of Built Environment to introduce digital and AI-based construction management into academic learning. Under the MoU, which covers RICS-affiliated schools across India, students will get free access to RDash’s construction management platform, along with orientation sessions, annual workshops, case study projects and a Guide to Construction Basics. The programme is expected to reach at least 1,000 students every year, or more than 3,000 over the three-year term, and is entirely non-commercial.

The partnership has three objectives: to give students working knowledge of digital and AI-based construction management before they enter the workforce, to show them how planning, execution, monitoring, cost management and project decision-making work on real projects, and to help firms hire graduates who can contribute from their first project. Most graduates today learn these subjects in theory and meet digital project workflows for the first time on the job, which is the gap this MoU is designed to close. This is RDash’s second academic partnership in 2026, after an earlier tie-up with NICMAR University, Hyderabad.

The RICS programme is expected to cover all the RICS School of Built Environment affiliated colleges, with about 30+ orientation sessions and workshops over three years and a practical live project case study every year, in which students will work on stacking the data of real life construction projects. By the end of the term, more than 3,000 students are expected to have worked on live digital project workflows before their first job, and firms hiring them can expect basic tool training to come down from around three months to about four weeks.
