Prestige Group – the Only Developer from India to Win the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award this Year

The Prestige Group needs no introduction! India’s second largest developers have once again proved the reason for their undisputed leadership position in the market by becoming the only developers from India to win the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award this year. The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards are considered to be the “Oscars” of the real estate industry. The company was conferred the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Silver Award for their landmark luxury residential development, Prestige Silver Oak.

FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award winners were honored at an exclusive gala ceremony attended by hundreds of guests from 40 countries during the FIABCI 67th World Congress.  This year’s World Congress took place in Panama City, Panama and marked the 25th Year Jubilee of this prominent award. Submissions for the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence have grown significantly with winning projects originating from Armenia, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, and Taiwan.

 A listed company with a turnover in excess of Rs. 3518 Cr (For FY15), the Prestige Group is the only developer from South India to boast of such a widely diverse portfolio covering the residential, commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality and education segments.
