The Mopa Airport link road includes a 4.4 km elevated section with a pier height of around 40 meters. The project features one railway over bridge (ROB) and three viaducts that span over hilly terrain and internal roads. One of the viaducts stands 40 meters tall and stretches approximately 1.6 km, making it the tallest structure in the project2. The road is constructed with controlled access, using barricades to prevent the entry of cattle and pedestrians, ensuring uninterrupted and safe travel directly to the airport.

The project has been completed 99 days of scheduled completion. The inauguration took place on 11th July 2024 at the hands of honourable Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister of Goa, Shri Pramod Sawant.
