The World HRD Congress is an independent and not-for-profit organization, working with the purpose to make "work and working lives better". The award was decided based on an internal and external assessment conducted by measuring employee perception, satisfaction and current organizational practices and policies. The jury comprises eminent personalities and business leaders from a diverse background.
