Man Infraconstruction has informed the exchanges that MICL Realty LLP, its group entity, has acquired development rights for redevelopment of three residential buildings at Naidu Colony, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, having approximately 1.5 lakh square feet salebale area. Man Infraconstruction holds 46 per cent interest in MICL Realty LLP. "This is in addition to the 12 buildings that are being developed by Man Realtors and Holdings Private Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, at the same location having about six lakh square feet salebale area," the company said in a statement to the exchanges. Shares of Man Infraconstruction edged down 1.6 per cent at ₹40.1 on the NSE.
