Rivali Park, under the leadership of Harjith D. Bubber, has taken a keen initiative for the flagship project ‘Rivali Park’ by CCI Projects with the vision of building responsibly with the use of sustainable and eco-friendly products. The panel has recognized Bubber’s efforts in stepping into the world of real-estate so as to conceptualize, develop and design a 22 acre land parcel into a mixed-used township consisting of retail, residential and Commercial. In considering him as an official recipient of the awards, special importance was given to his speciality as an environmental-friendly developer tackling issues such as global warming, air-pollution, water pollution and soil pollution etc. His forte as a prominent realty player in the market lies in constructing green buildings that use less energy and water and instead makes optimum use of natural resources in order to emit less waste and green-house gases.
