Cairn India MD & CEO Mayank Ashar resigns

Cairn India Ltd has announced Mayank Ashar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer has decided to step down for personal reasons effective June 05, 2016. 

Sudhir Mathur, CFO, will lead the organization as the acting CEO.
