Ashoka Buildcon’s subsidiary receives arbitration award from NHAI

In a regulatory filing to BSE, Ashoka Buildcon has announced that Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) has received Arbitration Award aggregating Rs.168.01 crore inclusive of interest till date and declaratory award against various claims filed by SPV before National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) (SPV) is a subsidiary of Ashoka Concessions, which is a Subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon.

The Project includes construction, operation and maintenance of Chattisgarh / Maharashtra Border-Wainganga Bridge Section from km 405.000 to km 485.000 of NH-6 in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase IIIA on Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis, awarded by NHAI.
