Ahluwalia Contracts has secured Rs. 396.50 crores contract from Godrej Properties.
In a regulatory filing, Ahluwalia Contracts informed that it has bagged an order for Core and Shell Works of Sub & Super Structure for all the Towers (T1,T2,T3 & T4) including NTA, Club & Retail, Boundary Wall, RWH, Waterproofing & LPS Works at Godrej Riverine, Sector-44, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The total value of the project is valued at Rs. 396.5 crore, excluding applicable GST.
As per the regulatory filing, the contract has to be executed within a time period of 25 months.
