Binani Cement, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Ultratech Cement

Ultratech Cement is a filing to BSE has announced that Binani Cement has become an wholly-owned subsidiary of Ultratech Cement. The filing further informed that the board of Binani Cement has also been reconstituted.

“The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLA T) Order approving the Resolution Plan of the Company for acquisition of Binani Cement, we now write to inform that the Supreme Court has dismissed Rajputana Properties's appeal against the NCLAT order,” informed Ultratech Cement in the filing to BSE.
