Bharat Forge, VVDN Technologies Sign MoU for Automotive, Defence & AI Collaboration
Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across key technology-driven sectors, including automotive, defence, artificial intelligence (AI) and datacentres.
The partnership aims to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies and develop advanced products for automotive, defence and AI server platforms by leveraging their complementary strengths in engineering, manufacturing and technology innovation. The collaboration is also expected to address emerging requirements in generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing, positioning both companies to contribute to the evolving global AI ecosystem.
By combining VVDN’s capabilities in electronics design, software, system integration and manufacturing with Bharat Forge’s expertise in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, the companies plan to develop scalable and high-impact solutions aligned with future industry needs.
