This extensive stretch has been strategically organised into three execution packages, covering 156.847 km of main carriageway and 185 km of service roads, enabling parallel progress and efficient coordination to meet the ambitious timelines set by UPEIDA.
Awarded on an EPC basis by Adani Road Transport Ltd., Cemindia’s comprehensive scope includes the complete expressway cross-section along with flyovers, underpasses, precast structures, culverts, bridges, toll plazas, wayside amenities, and rest areas — each delivered with engineering precision, operational excellence, and an unwavering focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

Engineering Scale with Speed
Executing a project of this magnitude demanded rapid mobilization, exceptional coordination and technical excellence. Cemindia set up its entire project camp and operational infrastructure within 90 days, enabling simultaneous work fronts across all three packages.
Among its key achievements was the establishment of in-house precast casting yards, enabling faster, quality-controlled production of box culverts and other structural elements. The company completed all precast box segment castings in record time — minimizing logistics delays and enhancing site efficiency.
To further accelerate progress, Cemindia implemented innovative design revisions, shifting from traditional bow-string girders to composite girder systems. This engineering innovation not only enhanced structural efficiency but also resulted in significant savings in 1800 MT of structural steel consumption, a move applauded across the project ecosystem.
