Prof. (Dr.) Hosh Ram Yadav, IRSE completed his B.Tech & M.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee and PhD from IIT- Delhi on “Geotechnical evaluation of Delhi Metro Tunnels while working with DMRC on deputation from Indian railways”.

Currently Dr. Yadav is Overseeing major infrastructure projects as Executive Director at RODIC Consultants Pvt. Ltd., including the Silkyara Bend Barkot Tunnel Project (Uttarakhand), a 4.5 km NATM tunnel; Bengaluru Twin Tunnel Road Project (Karnataka), a 16.745 km underground twin tunnel; Kapurthala Cable-Stayed Bridge (Punjab), India’s longest cable-stayed bridge at 700 m; Palashbari Extradosed Bridge (Assam) over the Brahmaputra; and the 6-Lane Ganga Bridge (Bihar), a 9.76 km extradosed cable-stayed bridge. Responsible for design review, contract management, project coordination, and ensuring timely execution with strict quality control. In addition to this, he was associated as academia as Adjunct professor at IIT Kanpur.

With over 30 years of distinguished experience in planning, technical feasibility, project design, bid process management, and execution of major infrastructure projects with Indian Railways and Metro Projects across India (such as DMRC, BMRCL, Kolkata Metro, Mumbai Metro), Dr. Yadav have been consistently acknowledged for delivering projects within budget and ahead of schedule.

His expertise spans Metro Rail Systems, Indian Railways, Semi High Speed (RRTS), High Speed Rail Network (Ahmedabad- Mumbai) and other complex urban developments, with a strong focus on quality control, safety, and environmental standards.

He brings a proven track record of executing projects in challenging terrains and complex geologies, backed by proficiency in advanced construction techniques and international standards. He is committed to strategic planning and meticulous project execution to meet ambitious goals efficiently and safely.
