Pranay Kumar

Mr. Kumar has more than 35 years of experience in project management, construction management, cost management, financial management and management consulting in various sectors. Economic development and business model innovation is his area of interest. He has managed various types of projects such as Real Estate (Mixed-Use Development, Residential and Commercial), Industrial (Warehousing, Steel, Cement, Textiles, Tiles and Pharmaceuticals) and Infrastructure (Highways, Railways, Ports, Metro). He is spearheading the SM REITs initiative of REPL, which is Investment Manager for ImpactR SM REIT. REPL is only the second company to get registration from SEBI.

He holds B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi along with MBA (Finance) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI. Before joining REPL, he has worked with MottMacDonald, Cygnus Business Consulting & Research, ICFAI and SAIL.
