91Springboard adds 1,00,000+ sq ft of new flexible workspaces in Bengaluru & Chennai

91Springboard has announced the launch of two new hubs in South India, one in Bengaluru and another in Chennai. The new hubs span over 1 lakh sq ft and offer ~2500 seats, marking a significant milestone in 91Springboard’s regional growth journey, reaffirming its commitment to the region’s dynamic and growing business ecosystem.

Both the hubs in Chennai and Bengaluru are in A-Grade corporate parks with premium infrastructure.

Designed to cater to Global Capability Centers, large enterprises, MSMEs rapidly expanding startups, the company now has 13 hubs in South India operating across ~6,00,000 sq ft. Continuing its sustained and strategic growth trajectory, 91Springboard plans to add additional 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace by the end of FY 2025–26 to meet the rising demand in South market. Both hubs are scheduled to be operational by February 2026.

91Springboard recently announced its entry into the Chennai market and with a plan to expand rapidly, within a period of few months, the flex space provider is opening another hub after basking in the success of its previously launched hub. Since the start of 2025, 91Springboard has launched 14 new hubs across key business centres in cities including Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru. Collectively, these hubs span over half a million sq. ft., including the recent openings in Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall, Andheri East (Mumbai), DLF World Trade Park (Gurugram), Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket – Delhi, Magnum Global Park, and Building 6 DLF Cyber City in Gurugram amongst others.
