ANG Auto JV with TowerWorx USA to produce Mobile Towers

Mumbai, June (EPC NEWS): ANG Auto Ltd and TowerWorx USA have entered into a Joint Venture to produce and market Mobile Towers solutions in India.

ANG Auto Ltd and TowerWorx USA will have 50% stake in TowerWorx India (P) Ltd. The JV will start operations from the Month of August in India.

ANG Auto is the largest trailer producer in India and TowerWorx is the largest mobile tower producer in the USA having a large customer base across the globe like AT&T, T Mobile, Verizon etc.

The JV brings together a lot of Synergy in the form of Integration of the Trailer system with the Telecom Towers. The JV brings substantial Technology Benefit to the Mobile telecom companies in terms of multiple carrier capability and rapid deployment capability of the towers versus the standard land line towers being used in the country today.
