Bhushan Steel to raise Rs2250 cr for expansion

Mumbai, June (EPC News): Bhushan Steel Limited has decided to raise funds worth Rs2250 crore from the market to finance the company’s Greenfield projects. The amount will be raised from domestic market or international with the involvement of foreign currencies.

Officials from the company said that the fund-raising exercise will be purely depend on the market conditions – both, domestically and international. The detailed terms and conditions of the issue will be finalized by the company’s board in consultation with legal advisors and merchants bankers.
