Sunil Mantri Group announces expansion in Bangalore

Bangalore, Jan (EPC World): Sunil Mantri group has launched an integrated residential community project christened as Mantri Premero, in close proximity to major IT companies, the Electronic City, and ITPB. The group identified Bangalore as a strategic target for its expansion.

The total cost of the project is Rs250 crores.

Mantri Premero will be an integrated large-scale residential township and is spread over 3.25 acres and has a development potential of over 5 lakh sq. ft. Additionally, the 500 apartment complex would contain a Swimming Pool with toddlers pool, Children’s play area, Club house with Indoor games & Basket Ball court are to name a few.

The major differentiating factors of Mantri Premero would be the proximity to nature, meticulous planning, landscaping, privacy, security, eco-friendly measure and the use of quality building materials.
