Noida, August (EPC News): The 3C Company, a Noida-based developer, has announced the launch of Lotus Boulevard, which will be one of the largest green residential estates. |

A 40-acre residential project will be located in Sector 100 of Noida, off the Great Noida expressway.
The first part of this Rs 1,550-crore project, spread over 30 acres, is funded jointly by Red Fort Capital, an international real estate private equity fund.
Lotus Boulevard offers two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 987 sq ft to 1,820 sq ft, at an inaugural price of Rs 2,825 per sq ft. The features include modern design, optimum space utilization and interiors that allow 100% natural light and cross ventilation. The developer offers the provision of insulated roofs and walls that reduce heat ingress and lower air-conditioning loads. An important feature of the project will be the 1.25 lakh sq ft Planet Lotier, a sports, leisure and entertainment facility.
The 3C Company has to its credit two platinum-rated LEED certified green buildings, Wipro Technologies in Gurgaon and the Patni campus in Noida.
