Tata project gets gold rating from IGBC

Mumbai, July (EPC News): A residential project of Tata Housing, Raisina Residency, at Gurgaon has obtained gold certification from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Tata Housing said it is the first company in the residential segment to receive the gold certification in the country. Designed by global architectural firm Aedas, the Gurgaon project on 11.73 acres has nine towers comprising apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

IGBC Green Homes is the first rating programme developed in India, exclusively for the residential segment. It is based on accepted energy and environmental principles and strikes a balance between known established practices and emerging concepts.
