Company name: Essar Oilfields Services Ltd (EOSL)

Project detail: The company is a subsidiary of Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics Ltd (ESPLL). The company is in the process of achieving financial closure for two jack-up rigs being built by ABG Shipyard at its Dahej facility. The rigs are expected to join EOSL's fleet by end 2011.

Investment: Rs. 1250 crore
