Company name: Assotech BEBL Infrastructure Ltd

Project detail: The company is a 50:50 JV between Assotech and B Engineers and Builders Ltd. The JVC is developing Cosmopolis project in Bhubaneshwar. The project comprises of 10 towers of G+16 floors of 2-4 BHK total 666 apartments with swimming pool, clubhouse, shopping arcade etc will be provided. The project will be complete in 3 phases; overall completion is of Dec 2012.

Investment :Rs400 crore.
