Omaxe consolidated net sales stand at Rs 799 cr

Mumbai, June (EPC News0: Omaxe Limited reported consolidated net sales of Rs 799 crore for the financial year 2008-09.

Consolidated Net Profit for the year stood at Rs 41 crore. Consolidated Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 2.38. Major Developments: • Launched Omaxe Eternity in Vrindavan spread over an area of 52 acres approximately with a realization value of Rs. 250 crore out of which 500 apartments have been sold out

. •Awarded a construction project for construction of Convention Centre, Library and Computer Centre at Deshbandhu Chhottu Ram University of Science and Technology at Murthal in Sonipat District for the contract value of Rs 39.95 crore •

Awarded construction contract from UP Projects Corporation Limited (a UP Government Undertaking) for renovation / face lifting of: oESI hospital and regional office in Bhubaneswar with an estimated value of Rs. 63.04 crore and Rs. 5.95 crore respectively oESI hospital in Cuttack with an estimated value of Rs. 59.35 crore.
