India’s first IFSC tower Hiranandani Signature awarded Green Building Certification - GOLD Rating

Hiranandani Signature, designated as India’s first IFSC tower in GIFT SEZ, has been awarded the Green Building Certification - Gold Rating by Indian Green Building Council. It reflects positively on the Green and Sustainable Development aspects which have been maintained while creating the commercial tower built as per Global Best Practices. The award has been recently accolade at IGBC’s flagship event, the Green Building Congress 2017 at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 5th Oct 2017.
 
Hiranandani Signature, developed by Hiranandani Communities a Niranjan Hiranandani initiative, is a stunning 16-storey edifice clad in glass, a testimony to Brand Hiranandani’s professionally structured corporate organization. The benchmark project with 4.2 mn sq.ft was speedily constructed and delivered in just 13 months using best global practices. An ambitious project was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 09 January 2017. Prestigious companies like BSE International exchange (INX), Kotak Mahindra bank and other prominent stockbrokers are fully operational and accomplishing good business from the IFSC. Being a part of GIFT City, Hiranandani Signature is linked to all centralized services and utilities under the integrated approach by Gift City.
 
The IFSC tower encapsulates efforts, through 2,111 tons of steel, 8,000 tons of cement and 20636 Cubic Meters of concrete, and makes Hiranandani Signature not just the first commercial tower to be built in GIFT City using Global Best Practices, but also an eco-friendly methods. Hiranandani Signature has been constructed using an integrated Building Design Approach from its inception, with planning and design involving all stakeholders and consultants.
 
A fully functional, eco-friendly, commercial tower, Hiranandani Signature does not compromise on structural stability or safety aspects. “It is not just an ideal platform for India’s BFSI sector to go Global; but now, having been conferred ‘Gold Green Rating’ under IGBC’s New Building Rating Program, is also true fulfilment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of setting up an International Financial Services Centre in India,” concludes Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, CMD, Hiranandani Communities.
