Excon 2019: thyssenkrupp launched RBC 4000 Hydraulic Cone Crusher

In continuation of setting new standards in the construction and equipment industry, thyssenkrupp Industries India has launched an advanced version of Roller Bearing Cone Crusher (RBC 4000) at Excon 2019 in Bengaluru. Supported with an extensive research and development efforts, the company has successfully manufactured the first equipment at its state-of-the-art factory in Pune.

RBC 4000 is a Hydraulic Cone Crusher with a feed opening of 300 mm and capacity ranging from 244 tph to 425 tph. The product’s gap setting (Closed Side Setting) ranges from 25 mm to 40 mm whereas, its lower cone diameter is 1,220 mm and the motor is 200 kW x 1500 rpm TEFC sq. cage induction motor.

The specially designed crushing chamber of RBC 4000 is also equipped with ample size cooler to suit all higher temperature working conditions and feedback system for Lube and Hydraulic system. This machine has a higher flow rate of lubrication oil which makes it more efficient. Optional higher manganese steel mantle and concave liners are available which helps to enhance the life of wear parts. In addition to this, it is also equipped with automatic centralized grease lubrication system for spider bearings, which improves working hours for the crusher. External air blower delivers constant air supply to the dust seal chamber that furthermore improves bush and lube oil life.

This cone is useful for secondary and tertiary crushing of hard rock crushing for aggregates production, limestone crushing for cement industries, iron ore crushing for graded product outputs and metallic and non-metallic mineral ore crushing.

Raw material and critical components in RBC 4000 are sourced from industry expert vendors. These components have gone through stringent quality norms as per German guideline, which ensures perfect alignment and defect-free finished product. RBC 4000 is a sturdy machine & can withstand higher crushing stress.

“Technology plays an essential role in the mining industry and will spur demand for construction and mining equipment,” said Indranil Roy, Director – Material Handling Equipment, thyssenkrupp Industries India. “By leveraging our strong technology expertise and robust R&D capabilities, we continuously strive to offer next generation products to cater the evolving needs of the mining industry. We are confident that our specially designed crushing product launched at Excon 2019 is capable of producing high capacity at low maintenance cost, thereby adding tremendous value for our customers in the country and worldwide.”
