Mumbai, June, 30 (EPC News): Indian railways plans to spend around Rs1,700 crore for various works to operate new services on various routes in the coming months.
"This sum is one of the highest in Indian Railway. The funds will be used on various works, including gauge conversion, construction of Road-Over-Bridges (ROB) and Road-Under-Bridges (RUB) and others," informed Southern Railway General Manager, Deepak Krishan.
