3:06 PM (MON): BFIVL inks with David Brown Systems for JVC

Mumbai, May, 9 (EPC News):Bharat Forge Ltd (BFL) through its wholly owned subsidiary entered into a Shareholders agreement with David Brown Systems India (Holdings) Ltd. BFL’s subsidiary BF Infrastructure Ventures Ltd (BFIVL) with this contract plans to open a joint venture company (JVC) with David Browns Systems India Ltd. With an equal partnership, the JVC’s concentrates its initial operation on Indian wind, rail, cement, metal, rubber, mining, hydro, defence and aftermarket industries.

The JV company also plans to launch several service centers by the end of 2013. By the end of the current year, the JVC plans to open two service centers at Kolkata and Bangalore. Further, the company plans to initiate two additional service centers at Delhi and Hyderabad by the end of 2013.
