Orissa, May, 3 (EPC News): Shiva Cement Ltd with a purpose of expanding its plant capacity signed a MoU with the Government of Odisha. The proposed venture aims on increasing the plant capacity upto 2.6 million. The government has agreed on providing additional land and mines other than the basically required power and water facilities for operating the plant.
