Mumbai, June, 20 (EPC News): The Mumbai based infrastructure and real estate developer, bagged a tender from the Goa State Infrastructure Corporation (GSIDC) for the construction of Goa Renewable Energy Education Park (GREEP) and a marketing hub (handicrafts mall). The project to be built on a state-of-the-art mode will be raised over an area of 1.7 lakh sq.ft. in Margao.
The Handicraft Mall will comprise of a museum and a sourcing hub, while GREEP will consist of an auditorium, exhibition spaces, and outdoor exhibits with common integrated amenities like a canteen block, a promenade, terrace spaces, libraries and Conference Rooms etc. The company plans to commence the project by mid June and is estimated to be complete by mid 2012.
