Mumbai, July, 20 (EPC News): As per the data compiled by IDFC securities, the domestic construction firms acquired contracts worth Rs3,810 crore in the first 15 days of July. Construction firms order intake stood at Rs13,730 crore between June 16- June 30 of which the contracts acquired by Larsen & Toubro accounted for a cumulative value of Rs 5,500 crore. The contract list comprises of the Rs1,249 crore orders bagged by Pratibha Industries; Suzlon’s Rs 650 crore order for supply of 100 MW wind turbines to Orient Green Power; Rs 580 crore road projects order for KNR Constructions; NCC’s Rs 820 crore orders for various projects from the Rail Vikas Nigam and Bangalore Development Authority and the Rs 270 crore order for three hydro power projects in India. The hydropower projects contracts list for the month initiated with Shiga Energy (97 MW), NSL Tidong Power Generation’s (50 MW) and Haridwar Infrastructure (96 MW).
