11:24AM (Tue): NUDPL to launch a Green Residential Project

Mumbai, Sep, 28 (EPC News): Nitesh Urban Development Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Nitesh Estates Ltd, on wednesday, has launched the Green Residential Project of 417 units named Nitesh Cape Cod at Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, IT hub of Bangalore.

This Project has budgeted to yield a total revenue of Rs300 Cr over next 30 months adding significant income on consolidated basis to the Company, said the company release.
