Mumbai, May, 20 (EPC News): Cryolor Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of France based Cryolor SA launched its manufacturing facility at Melmaruvathur. The project involves an investment of approximately Rs45 crore. The facility is estimated to manufacture gas containers with a production capacity of 10,000 to 60,000 litres. The company’s first venture outside France is spread over a 15-acre plot with an initial capacity to 300 containers a year on a single shift basis. The company targets to achieve revenue of Rs60 crore by 2015.

“About 50 per cent of the products we make here will be for exports initially and the focus will be West Asia and the Asia-Pacific region,” said Asia Pacific Managing Director Ravin Mirchandani.
