Fabtech bags Rs780 cr orders

Pune, Mar (EPC News): Fabtech Projects and Engineers Ltd has been awarded EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contracts worth Rs720 crore in the oil and gas sector and has received another Rs60 crore order for mounded bullet projects from HPCL, said the company release.

IOC has awarded it an EPCC worth Rs395 crore for its project at Paradip refinery in Orissa, while HPCL has given it a contract of Rs325 crore for a sulphur recovery unit at its Vizag Refinery in consortium with an American company, R.A. Rupnar, Executive Director, Fabtech, said.

At present the company has order book worth Rs1,250 crore and expecting around Rs325 crore during current fiscal.

The company also plans to diversify into building roads and bridges soon, the release said.
