Pune, Oct (EPC News): Tata BlueScope Building Solutions, has tied-up with Arshiya International Limited to provide the premium BUTLERTM Building Systems for Arshiya’s upcoming warehousing projects in India. Tata BlueScope Building Solutions has started work on this project and is currently executing six BUTLERTM Buildings at Panvel covering a total roof area of 6 lakh square feet. Arshiya plans to erect 19 warehouses and chillers units at Panvel and subsequently intends to erect 40 – 50 warehouses at Nagpur, Noida & UAE in the next 3 years.

Arshiya International Limited is coming up with warehouses at Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) in Panvel, Nagpur and Noida in India as well as the UAE. As a part of this project, Tata BlueScope Building Solutions will supply state-of-the-art BUTLER™ Building Systems for the creation of premium warehouses. This project at present involves execution of 6 BUTLER™ Buildings at Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ) Panvel covering a total roof area of 6 Lakh Square Feet. Tata BlueScope Building Solutions’ scope of work involves Design, Fabrication and Supply of BUTLER™ pre-engineered buildings with MR 24® as roofing system. The buildings will have Mezzanine floor done with concrete, staircase in RCC as well as peripheral brickwork up to a certain height.
