HCL, Microsoft to provide offer retail banking solution

Mumbai, Oct (EPC News): To help the banks in the Asia Pacific region, HCL has ventured into collaboration with Microsoft to offer a highly cost-effective and user-friendly retail banking solution.

The two companies said regional banks using HCL's FinEdge, an end-to-end integrated retail banking CRM application built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, will be able to address the needs across the entire cycle of sales, marketing and services in ret ail banking and can also be extended to wealth advisory.

Customer knowledge solution will address the need of regional banks which are recovering from the recent economic and financial crisis, to achieve rapid IT-enabled productivity gains in CRM amid increased competition in the retail and the fast-growing wealth management sectors.
